Our theory of change
Three convictions carry everything we do:

The problem
Young people meet a working life that feels confusing and distant. Without structure and support, “I should apply for jobs” quickly becomes “I don’t know where to start.”

Why work matters
Work gives more than income: belonging, responsibility, direction, and the belief that you have something to contribute. It is one of the strongest forces against exclusion.

The change
When young people get a clear order, honest tools, and support at the right time, more of them move from uncertainty to action — and from action to a job.
